As one of the cornerstones in the community, the mission of the Japanese Cultural Center of Hawai‘i is to educate people about the Japanese American experience in Hawai‘i. Through our work on the preserving the Hawai‘i confinement sites to educational tours and programs for our children, the Cultural Center has become a valuable community resource over the years.
