Darryl Nakamoto is President of Premier Restoration Hawaii, a company that specializes in emergency response restoration and reconstruction services for wind damage, fire and smoke damage and water and flood damage. In addition, Premier is an expert in remediating mold and indoor quality concerns.
Mr. Nakamoto is also a Partner of Island Flooring Company, the largest flooring contractor in the State of Hawaii, and a Partner of Kaiuli Energy, a company focused on developing a seawater air conditioning (SWAC) project for Waikiki/Ala Moana.
Previously, Mr. Nakamoto served as Chief Financial Officer for Hoku Corporation where he was an integral contributor in Hoku becoming a publicly traded company.
He currently serves as a mentor for the Student Global Leadership Institute – Punahou School and as a Ministry Committee Member for Central Union Preschool. In 2007, he was selected by Pacific Business News as a member of the Forty Under Forty class. In 2008, he was selected by Technology News Bytes as one of the Top High Tech Leaders.
Mr. Nakamoto graduated from the University of Washington with Bachelor of Arts degrees in Accounting and Finance.
