Resources about Japanese American Soldiers of World War II

JCCH has a variety of primary and secondary resources about the Japanese American Soldiers of World War II: 100th Infantry Battalion, the 442nd Regimental Combat Team, and the Military Intelligence Service. A link to these sources can be found here in our library catalog.

Here is a link to our educational resources, which ask students to consider, "Can Hawai'i's Aloha Spirit Survive a War?" These resources can also found on the Hawai'i State Department of Education's At-Home Learning for high school students. This project is a partnership with the Go For Broke National Education Center, in collaboration with the Hawai'i State Department of Education.
